Dire sheikh Hussein (Anajina) is one of major sites of Ethiopia. It is situated on the border of West Harargé and Bale Zones at the southern edge of Web River. It is 178 kilometers far from Robe along the all weather road that passes through Jarra, and Dallo Sabro towns.

Dire sheikh Hussein (Anajina) However, there are two annual celebration occasions at the Dire. The days are counted according to the Islamic calendar Hijirah. Thus one of the occasions is known as "Hajji". It is in the month "Zul-Hijjah". The peak days of this celebration are the 9th and the 10th Zul-Hijjah, or the worldwide Islamic holiday "Arafah". The other occasion, which is known as "Zahra" is in the month "Jimadul-Thani" of the same calendar, the peak celebration days being the 14th and the 15th. In both occasions visitors can arrive at the Dire in the afternoon of the first day to enjoy the evening /the night celebration which is the beginning of the celebration of the second peak day.

Day 1: Drive via Ethiopian Rift Valley – Dinsho

After breakfast drive through Ethiopian Great Rift Valley en-route enjoying the beautiful Rift Valley Lakes and the spectacular mountain scenery. The rest of the day, walk around the Juniper forest around the park headquarter and explore the area where high concentration of the Bale Mountains Nayal, Minilik Bush Buck and other mammals are found. Day 2: Trek to Geysay Valley – Goba

Trekking time: 5-6 hrs. Trek to Geysay Valley, to the northerly extension of the park. Here, while trekking in the indigenous forest, it's possible to spot the endemic Minilik Bush Buck and Mountain Nyala and other mammals including the endemic Ethiopian Wolf. Overnight in your hotel

Day 3: Trek to Harena-Goba

Morninig, drive to Harena. The Harenna Forest is one of the few remaining natural forests in the country. The Harenna Forest is known for its mammals, amphibians and birds, including many endemic species. The Harenna Forest was once habitat to packs of the endangered Painted Hunting Dog, Lycaon pictus. Overnight in your hotel/lodge

Day 4: Drive to Dire sheikh Hussein

After breakfast drive to Dire Sheikh Hussein to attend the celebration day of this astonishing attraction site. Overnight stay there.

Day 5: Drive to Langano

Morning, drive to Langano, is one the rift valley lakes in Ethiopia and safe to swim with a maximum depth of 46 meters. After check in to hotel relax on the lake side beach and visit the other rift valley lake park of Abjata and Shala with a maximum depth of 250 meters, this makes it the deepest lake in Ethiopia and in Africa north of the equator and has an elevation of 1,567 meters. Day 6: Drive to Addis- Departure

After breakfast drive back to Addis, on the way visit the rift valley Lake of Ziway with its diverse species of aquatic birds like greet pelican, Marabou stork, hammer cop and different kind of goose, Evening farewell traditional dinner in one of the best restaurant in Addis followed by folkloric dance of different Ethiopian nations. Then transfer in to airport to fly back home, where your tour ends.
